At StoveGuard, we stand behind the quality of our custom-fit stove protectors and kitchen accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
